One of Ireland’s leading trade window and door manufacturers, Super Seal Window Systems, has passed the 25 year milestone using Rapierstar fasteners throughout its PVCu fabrication and assembly. The County Londonderry based company, which supplies windows and doors to installers across Ireland, was established in 1990 and continues to go from strength to strength.
Today the family-owned and managed business employs 110 people at its 53,000 sq. ft HQ and factory, where production is optimised for efficient and sustainable manufacturing. All its PVCu windows and doors are manufactured using the Optima system from Profile 22, with casements, tilt and turns, fully reversibles and vertically sliding sashes giving installers a solution for every type of property.
Key to ensuring consistent quality over the past 25 years has been its use of Rapierstar’s StarPVCU range of fasteners throughout assembly. This ensures that every one of the 2,000 units Super Seal produces every week is structurally robust and all hardware elements remain securely attached for the lifetime of the installed product.
